Q. I first had my phone left to charge, but felt it overheating, but left it to charge. I went out for a few hours, came back and saw that it was dead and it couldn't charge either. I tried a different charger but still no luck. Could it be the phone or the batteries fault?
A. Borrow someone's s2 battery or buy q cheap one off eBay to check if that works. If it does then it's a battery problem but you would have a new one so it'd work. If it doesn't work after that, it's your phone unfortunately :(

A. BLACK BERRY Q10 is great. It has rich features but it's not better than SAMSUNG GALAXY S 4.

Question about cell phone battery...?
Q. So just got a Samsung Galaxy S III (absolutely beautiful phone!) and an extended battery. The battery (Q-Cell i9300 Li-on) and it says on the box to "Please charge 9 hrs before initial use". I have no idea how we are supposed to charge the battery w/out using the phone. I'm guessing this means to put the phone on a charger for 9 hrs before pulling it off charger which is fine. I am just a little confused on this and you help would be very appreciated.
A. You would have to put the battery in the phone, then plug the phone into a charger that is also plugged into a known good power plug. Leave the phone turned off, it will charge whether it is powered up or not.
