Q. So today I got a new phone. The Samsung galaxy 2 4G. And for some reason, the bars are grey and it says I have no 4G signal. But my 3G signal is working, but the bars are still grey! How can I get the bars to go green and to get the 4G to work?
A. John has answered correctly. Depending on just how rural you are, it might be way down the road in time before the 4G signal format and frequencies come into your area. If this is the case, you need to get an new contract, you are paying for nothing. See if by chance another company has 4G service in your area.
