Q. So, I decided to get a Samsung Galaxy Camera for the course. Well, I'll hopefully be getting it next week. I just wanted to ask for your opinions on it.
Will it be good for the course I'll be doing (don't ask about DSLR, it is a bit advanced for my level)
Will a be able to get good shots with this camera? Will I be able to shoot good portraits with it? I already know about photos not coming out as sharp as you'd expect for £390. But that can be fixed in Photoshop no problem.

Just in addition to the answer that someone gave, there were no recommendations or specifications about what camera to get or what megapixel size it should be. No recommendations or specifications whatsoever.
A. You need to ask your instructor.
Most of the classes in digital photography require you to use a fully adjustable camera, which means some kind of dSLR, SLT or EVIL camera. The least expensive ones are still the entry level dSLR cameras that cost around £290 (or more) with a lens.

Getting the Samsung Galaxy S4 soon and I have a few questions?
Q. I am planning of getting this cellphone next month with Sprint and I am kinda horrible with technology so I need your guys' help. I really want this cellphone since I recently purchased the Samsung galaxy note 10.1 tablet and I know that it would be compatible with it. Anyways, I just want to know some fun facts about this cellphone and comparison to the iPhone 5 since my parents are trying to convince me to get it. I really like my Samsung Galaxy tablet (how it works) and I dislike the fact that parents think Apple products are better just a lot people we know have them. Thanks.
A. Samsung Galaxy S4 is a whole LOT better than the iPhone 5, for various reasons/facts I can help you with..
1) The Samsung has a larger screen (5.0") - the iPhone is 4.0"
2) The Samsung can have exactly the same amount of internal storage as the iPhone 5: 16 or 32 or 64GB storage
3) The Samsung has 2GB RAM (iphone has 1GB RAM), so is actually much faster than the iPhone 5.
4) The Samsung has a processor of 1.6GHz (iPhone has 1.3GHz), which also makes it even MORE faster than the iPhone 5.
So whilst the iPhone has a dual-core processor, the Samsung has a QUAD-core processor!
5) The Samsung has a much, MUCH better camera: a 13MP camera, whilst the iPhone 5 has an 8MP camera.
6) Both have a front-facing camera, though the Samsung's one is much better: 2.0MP, whilst the iPhone's is 1.2MP.
7) The Samsung is on the Android 4.2 OS which is much more sleeker, beautiful and advanced than the current iOS that the iPhone 5 is on.
Android 4.2 is an OS that not so as many Android phones are even available on, to tell you how new and ahead the Samsung Galaxy S4 is.
8) Samsung, being on Android, opens you to thousands/millions of apps that you can download for free (or download paid-for apps for free, through the internet), whilst Apple will try to make you pay for almost every app!
All in all, the iPhone is NOT better than the high-end Samsung phones, and this is a very clear fact you can see by comparing their specs, and even just googling Android-vs-Apple, or so.

what is the difference between all the different samsung galaxy S cell phones?
Q. i was hurt in a big accident and have permanent injuries. i have visual impairment, some loss of hearing, and small hands. i have mobility problems too, so touch screen turns me on.
well, i have two samsung galaxy S phones: one is the single S and the next one is the SII (S2). samsung galaxy S phones are great, but i'm thinking of getting an upgraded one (above S2). i do not know how they differ, and which is best (and why do you think that)?
i was very impressed when i was using the singular galaxy S phone. but i do not know why i thought it was the best of them. maybe you know and also know about those advanced farther than S2, like, what makes them different? one thing i like about the latest, which i think is a galaxy S4 (S IV) is that it is wider than the other galaxy s models. but does that alone justify the cost?
in addition, many apps offered at google playstore (for android smartphones) cannot help me, for instance, i downloaded a volume increase application, but still, i have a hard time hearing what my callers say. i usually must ask them to get closer to their mouthpiece, which works most of the time, but not always. i don't like asking them to change where their microphone is, just for me.
i am also interested in perhaps moving over to the iPhone 5. what do you think about that? why is it better than an apple iPhone IV (4)?
what, other than not having a computer in my pocket, would happen to me if i chose to go back to my old flip phone that spoke to me when someone was calling, and i could talk to the phone to phone someone. no, you do not have "the network", but i don't care that much. i do care about voice quality and ease of use. i used to clip my flip phone onto my seatbelt. do any cellular companies even use such speaker flip phones anymore? about how much money do you think i could save should i go back to that type of cell phone and use a company like vonage (VOiP) as a landline?
