A. It will not be able to even load Photoshop because it is NOT a Macbook/PC laptop replacement, it is just a mix of an iPod with a Sony eReader/Amazon Kindle.
There is (will be) a program in the Apple iPhone Apps store for drawing and another for Documents/Spreadsheets/Presentations (the so-called iWorks for iPad) but that is the extent of what is offered for near laptop capabilities.
Maybe in a few years, there will be more convergence but not at this moment!
Can any stylus work with a tablet or does it have to be the one that comes with it?
Q. I notice some tablets come with a stylus. For the ones that don't can you buy them separate? Is a stylus any different than a blunt point object?
A. There are basically 2 stylus technologies:
1. The old resistive touch technologies, which responds to pressure (basically the blunt point object), they are pretty rare now, available on some types of devices.
2. The modern capacitive touch technologies. The capacitive displays detect the change in the electrical capacitance of a finger or a capacitive stylus like these http://styli.org/
They all work on modern capacitive screen devices like iPad, Kindle touch, Samsung Galaxy Tab as well as other modern tablets and all modern smartphones like iPhones, Android and Windows smartphones.
My kindle fire is charged but wont turn on?
Q. My kindle fire is fully charged but will not turn on. I have tried the 20 - 30 second hold on the power button to reset it but it still wont turn on. When I press the power button the light will turn green for a few seconds and then turn off without any change to the screen.
A. Hmm, was there something " unusual " about it earlier? Any scratches on the screen? Was it slow?
Perhaps, it's just your charger that's not working. Purchase a new one and then see.
I once brought a Android tablet, and it permanently froze one day, I had scratches on my screen, due to my dollar store stylus xD. So it may have done damage to my Android. If you have scratches on your screen, maybe it's the same issue.,
Though, honestly, I think it's your charger that's not working.
