A. Yes, if you buy a phone in India from a Samsung retailer it will work in any part of the world as its a quad band phone. Please make sure you buy it without any service contract from any India based cellular service provider.
How come that my Samsung Galaxy Ace battery drains faster all of a sudden?
Q. I bought Samsung Galaxy Ace, the battery works fine, it last for 3 days now it only last for 1 day after I downloaded Mystery of the Crystal Portal fews days ago from android market, but i think that was not the reason why my battery drains faster since i didn't play it frequently.
A. make sure the app isnt running, click on active applications to check. also turn off background data when you dont need it, it really eats up the battery. settings, accounts and sync, then untick it.
How do I switch to Swype Keyboard in my Samsung Galaxy Ace?
Q. I have had my Samsung Galaxy Ace for quite some time now but it was only recently that I heard about the Swype Keyboard feature which I want to try out. However that feature does not appear as an option when I tap and hold the text field. I could not find it either in Settings > Language & keyboard. Need your help guys.
A. You may not have the Swype keyboard installed on your device. Use the web browser on your phone and go to the following web page to install it.

It will download and install to your Android phone and then it will show up in the settings.
