Q. I have a Samsung Galaxy S phone and need to be able to use the phone hands free, but I still have to push a button on the headset to answer an incoming call. I have been through the menus on my phone and can't figure out how to change the "answer call" settings. Any tips?
A. You have to go to call settings turn off automatic answering for incomming calls which picks up automatically within 2-5 seconds then i believe if your bluetooth device is compatible it will be able to pick up call from that button
And yes there are some blutooth which has call button which will not work with some phones

Q. Kind of like a mini Samsung Galaxy tablet using wifi for apps. If I don't use it for calling, can I just use it for apps and get them with wifi?
Or even if I do use it for calling-- can I still get apps with no data plan?
A. When using wifi you can use apps. The data plan is only necessary when connecting to internet via the 3G or 4G telecom network of your provider.

A. yes u can use it. Internet plan is for sim's operator and not for phone.
You can change 'n' number of phones and use airtel internet on that phone.
Call airtel customer care and ask him to send internet settings which are compatible with samsung galaxy tab.
save settings on your phone and use it.
