A. Have you tried www.styleflip.com ? They make custom protective skins for laptops, cell phones, DJ equipment, music gear, Kindles, you name it. You can pick from an array of designs or upload your own image to use. The best part is they are super cheap!

A. Depends on the cover. Skins are very thin, so any sleeve case and most flip cases should work fine. Plastic cases that lock into the Kindle will probably damage the skin, though.

Q. My rabbit has just had babies and is constantly pulling hair out to line the nesting box. In some places the skin is exposed. Is this normal, and what should I do about it?
Both the buck and the doe are Californian Whites. The doe was bred at 6 months, the buck is a generation older from the same family, and owned by a friend. Not sure the age.
A. This is absolutely normal, and a very good thing, as litters would freeze without their mother's hair lining the nest. According to the Nature Trail website, "Hormones in the doe's body near kindling make it easier for her to pluck her own fur, which she uses to line the nest she has made for her babies."
Some does pull themselves almost bald. Others don't pull much hair at all. But it's definitely a good thing, because kits need to stay very warm until they start to grow their own fur.
