Q. OK I bought a used Samsung galaxy note 2, every time I drop it or bang it really hard it powers off.
Any ideas
A. The battery casing has probably been loosed just the slightest bit so that the battery moves slightly and thus causes the poweroff. I would try a new battery cover or battery.
The phone is most certainly NOT designed to poweroff if banged or dropped...ridiculous comment.
Hope this helped!
When your contract is up on sprint, do you get discounts on phones?
Q. My mom and I contratcs end in a next week (February 2nd to be exact) and we were thinking about getting the new samsung galaxy note 2's but those things are 300 dollars each and plus cases arent that cheap either. Does sprint give you any type of discounts when you upgrade to a new phone and 2 year contract? Thanks!
A. Yes u.get a discounted price with 2 yr upgrade
Why is the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 irrelevant?
Q. I cannot find any nice cases for this phone! I love the Galaxy Note 2 but stores/websites act like it doesn't exist! I am sooo sick of hearing about the S3 and the iPhone 4 and 5. There are a few cheap cases here and there for the SGN2 but iPhone 4 and 5 and Samsung Galaxy S3 have a much larger variety! Where can I find good cases? Is it because the phone is still fairly new?
A. I also have a Galaxy Note 2 and found it hard to find a case that I liked. The reason is simple... when the Galaxy Note came out.. it was the largest sized cell phone on the market. Most of the Universal cases sold at stores and mall kiosks don't carry anything that can fit the Note's larger size. However, relief is on the way. Since Samsung's been extremely successful with the Notes.. other manufacturers are coming out with 5-6" in models now... so that means the next generation of cases will be large enough for the Galaxy Note 2+.
As for my case, I checked Best Buy, Target and Staples and none of them had case for my phone. The tech guy at Staples told me they would get some larger cases for the Note 2 soon. I ordered a horizontal holster case from Newegg.com for $10. It wasn't what I wanted.. but it sure beat paying the $60 AT&T wanted to charge for the case they sold.
