What items should I pack in my carry on bag?
Q. So, I am taking my handbag which is quite large but small enough to carry on the plane with me. I am trying to prepare to go to Florida on the 22nd August however I feel I am forgetting something. So, instead of packing my carry on bag, I thought I would ask and pack additional things which I may need personally. I am planning to take a toiletry kit; entertainment; things for comfort; and snacks. If you could suggest things for each category you would be a life saver! Thank you:)
A. toiletry kit : toothbrush, toothpaste, toothbrush holder, shampoo, conditioner, soap, the little soap scrubber, floss, mouthwash, deodorant, a hairbrush, any special facial wash that you use?
entertainment: Ipod / Ipad / Isomething, books, Rubix cube :), laptop, earplugs / headphones(so the snoring guy next to you doesn't bother you), chargers for your phone, and Istuff
comfort : pillow, blanket
snacks : gum, chips, little snack packs of cookies, fruit, nothing liquidy, because all of your liquids have to go in one bag, anything tasty and low calorie (if you're on a diet )
At the airport security does my Ipad have to go in a seperate bin as well?
Q. I know that your laptop has to go in its own bin but does your Ipad have to as well?
A. No, smaller electronics including tablets do not have to be placed in a separate bin at the security checkpoint. I travel often with a tablet and laptop and only does the laptop have to be x-rayed separately. The tablet stays in my carry on bag.
