A. There are a few ways to stop the power draining quickly...
1. Make sure when you are not using it your turn WiFi and Bluetooth off. The use a lot of power even in standby mode.
2. Turn the screen brightness down!
3. Close any apps operating in the background by double tapping the home button and then disabling the apps.
4. Only charge your iPad when it has gone completely flat. Once it's completely flat charge it fully. This helps the battery last longer!

Q. I know it lasts about ten hours, but if it is fully charged, turned on, and you don't use it at all. How long does the battery last if you don't use it at all literally. How long will it take drain, 1% an hour? Or??
A. If the screen is closed, no background apps running. It almost doesn't use battery, that's why u don't have to always power off an iPad.
