Q. My iPad battery takes FOREVER to charge and when it does it dies so fast. Why? We haven't left it on charge for a long amount of time so I don't think that's the problem and it hasn't gotten wet or anything. So I'm confused.
A. Do you use it until it dies? If your using for a long time and it gets hot your battery can expand that way and did you ever have it in very cold or hot temperatures? A. There are a few ways to stop the power draining quickly...
1. Make sure when you are not using it your turn WiFi and Bluetooth off. The use a lot of power even in standby mode.
2. Turn the screen brightness down!
3. Close any apps operating in the background by double tapping the home button and then disabling the apps.
4. Only charge your iPad when it has gone completely flat. Once it's completely flat charge it fully. This helps the battery last longer!
