Q. I want to stream my sirius internet radio through my home surround sound. my onkyo receiver has an ipod/iphone dock but it doesn't fit my Samsung galaxy 3 in it. I usually can use my av cord to play through the car or whatever but the av input on my receiver receiver has an audio l/r slot, not just the one hole like my car does. what do i need to do to? I have a sony blu ray player but can't find an app on there to play the sirius radio. is there something I can do through the blu ray if not through the receiver?

Q. When my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note II) is sitting in its dock, otherwise not being used, I want it to do some cool tricks and look interesting on my desk. I have a music visualizer that can use the mic as its input and thereby visualize the sounds of my office, but that gets boring quickly. Photo slide show is super lame too. If the folding@home project wasn't over, I'd want an app for it. Anyone have suggestions for turning my phone into some kind of eye-catching desk ornament or something like that?
A. One idea is to make it show the time, date and weather, but that requires the daydream feature in Android 4.2, which you don't have. For now, you can go into clock, then desk clock, then personalize it and make it fulscreen.

Q. I have a factory unlocked iphone 4s 32gig. It is basically new. It went into a speck case the second I got it with a screen protector so there is not one scratch, scuff, or crack. it would come with 2 cases, and 2 bumpers, charger, car charger, and charging dock. I was just wondering if this would be a fair trade for a samsung galaxy s3? Would I have to add cash to make it fair and how much?
A. I'd stick with the iPhone. The GSIII is being outsold by it (4S) anyway at this point. Also you'd get updates the day they are released vs maybe getting them months after the fact.
