A. Don't buy 10.1 it has old version of android & not upgradable you can buy galaxy tab2 7.0 model no. P3100,,,,I'm using it since it's launching.i can only say that it is best in ever field whether it is video,gaming,messaging,calling etc.
Yes,you can play any hd games as i played so many hd heavy games without any lagging.
It is much durable.if you purchased it future and face any difficulty you can mail me anytime as i am a gadget review person.

10.1 TAB is too large and most of the games are not capable to spread in such a big screen & also this tab requires much handling due to it's very big screen.7inch screed is good enough to play videos.
I'm not distracting you from your decision but telling you my point of view.

Q. I have a Computer and I hate having to get up to get on my Computer I know that's sorry as hell lol. But anyways I want a tablet a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet I want to use the tablet to mod my game saves for games.. I use a USB to mod my game saves.. I know the tablet doesn't have a USB port but I can buy adapter for it... I use Horizon diamond to mod my game saves.. Will the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet let me install Horizon diamond on it and mod my game saves like my computer does yes r no?
A. No a Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 will not be for you as the Horizon diamond is only .exe for which windows use so you would need a full windows tablet like the microsoft surface not the rt version.

Yes a microsoft surface can run .exe applications as windows 8 is on there or he can get a laptop/desktop but I know he wants a tablet so a full windows 8 tablet like the surface will be good for him, as mentioned the RT is not full windows 8 and it sucks.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 vs Toshiba Thrive Tablet?
Q. I am soon going to be a college freshman and am looking for a tablet. I want something I can take with me around campus and use to watch videos/listen to music/serve the internet/take notes. I want something that can also hold some of my word/pdf files. I have a laptop, but I want use my tablet to keep my media that would take up much needed computer space. I was wondering which tablet ppl recommend for me?
So far I am leaning towards the Toshiba Thrive Tablet because of the price.

A. This Toshiba Thrive is the only tablet I can consider at this time because of the battery issue. All lithium batteries stop working in 2 to 3 years of daily charging. Are you willing to toss your device because the battery will not charge anymore or pay more than it's worth to send it back to the manufacture to replace the battery?
Non user replaceable batteries is a despicable practice and companies need to stop this immediately. I refuse to purchase a device that has a non user replaceable battery. I've been burned a few times with devices where the non user replaceable battery died and I could not get it replaced by the company that manufactured the product (Megellan GPS).
I commend Toshiba for making the first tablet (that I know of) that you can replace the battery by yourself. I will gladly purchase this over any Apple product or others that I can not replace the battery.
