Q. All my apps besides messaging and phone calls don't work.. I can't get to my music or pictures. It says unfortunately, the process android.proccess.media has stopped every 10 seconds, it also freezes every 10 seconds. It says Sync error/ sync is currently experiencing problems. it will be back shortly. It has been about a week since all this is happening. Do you think all of these issues will be fixed after another software update for android? How long will the next update be? Is there anything i can do besides a factory reset.. because I want all my music, contacts, and pictures?

A. Go to settings>application manager>all appl>scroll down (or swipe to the next)>enable download manager, it will just work, this happens when you stop the update.. hope this helps

Good cell phone, plan, and carrier?
Q. So I'm looking for a good cell phone, plan/carrier. I'm looking at two different sets of requirements.
One being a simple phone, with a keypad, and unlimited call and txt. (Preferabley cheap, but reliable.)
And the second option being a smart phone, but still with a keypad (I'm bad with touch screens for txting. However, I could get used to it, so a keypad isn't a requirement.) with this phone id still like unlimited talk txt, and maaayyybeee data.
I'm looking for a carrier and a plan that can provide either of these things for at least a fairly good price.
