Q. I got a Samsung Galaxy Fit (S5670) however it doesnt let me install Words With Friends, the hangman version or Grindr, any way to get around this or update or something?

If I search through the market, it doesnt come up. When I use internet, (my phone type is saved on my login) it says my phone is not supported.
A. Why can't you install it? Is there some sort of problem while you try to?

I see... strange that it's not supported. It works fine on an LG Optimus One so it should be compatible with the Galaxy fit too. Luckily, there are alternative ways to get apps. ;)
On your phone, go to this website: http://www.getjar.com/ <-- This is another app store like Android Market. From there, search for Words with Friends and then press the Download button. It will prompt you to download the GetJar download manager which you have to do before you can download the app.

Q. i live in Egypt & i own Samsung Galaxy Fit GT-S5670 it have Android 2.2 (froyo) and there was news from months ago that the phone will have the gingerbread update but till now there is nothing,can any one please tell me if the Fit is upgradable to gingerbread or not?and if yes when my country will receive this update? thanks a lot
A. yep! finally started releasing official gingerbread for galaxy series including fit this august & will reach asia and africa in 3 months or sooner!
