Q. I want to buy the loudest ihome portable speaker for my iPhone and iPad. Any ideas on which one is the loudest so far?
A. Probably the i-home iW1 another alternative that you probably will get more volume from is the TDK Life on Record 3 speaker boom box also the JVC Kaboom.....
Can I hook a Kindle Fire up to an iHome?
Q. Right now we use an iPod touch for the white noise app at night. We play it all night long on our iHome. I know that the Kindle Fire is able to download apps and the white noise is available---but I wanted to know if the Kindle Fire can be hooked up to an iHome or another device that will charge and play it all night?
Thanks in advance!
A. I'm not sure what type of a charge port Kindle Fires have but I do know that Apple uses a very specific and unique charge port that I have never seen used for anything but an iPod, iPhone, iPad and I think that Samsung Galaxy tablets also have the same port. iHome devices are however made to be specifically compatible with Apple products and it probably would not support you Kindle.
OH MAH GAWD HELP, DEH-x8500 pioneer audio head unit bluetooth problems?
Q. Thisis ez points, I am having trouble with my bluetooth for my cars stereo system, more specifically what it does is, I turn on the car, regular radio works fine, aux works fine ( cant use aux because ipod is messed up), then i try blue tooth, it was working for the past week, i got in my car to go to work today and all of a sudden it will go from bluetooth ready to no service and I can not connect nothing to it via bluetooth, ipod, iphone, ipad, ihome, this sucks I need help and it will be greatly appreciated.
A. Enter into your Bluetooth options on the Pioneer and clear all devices from memory.

Then open the bluetooth screen on your phone and FORGET the Pioneer device. Then re-scan for bluetooth devices. Does it find the Pioneer? Attempt to connect. Does it connect? If you're still having problems, do a master reset on the Pioneer. Use a paper clip or something to push the tiny bottom on the bottom left corner of the display. Push and hold it in for awhile. Try again. Still not working? If your phone doesn't even find the Pioneer, something is wrong internal to the Pioneer. You can't stop the Pioneer from transmitting Bluetooth, so if none of your devices even find it, then it's faulty (unlikely).
Swing by a local shop and ask them to take a quick look.
