Q. Ipad 16gb 1st Gen. or Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0? I have a $350 budget. Anything else that might be worth that price? I've read reviews but I am hoping someone that has used both of these can tell me what I should get.
Thanks in advance!
A. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0
- While it is a smaller screen, unlike the iPad, it supports HD and Adobe Flash
- The Android operating system is much more flexible than Apple's (ie. Adobe Flash)
- The iPad tablet is very poor in the respect that it only comes with the space you buy it with.
- To my knowledge, every non-Apple device/tablet may come with an SD card slot. For the Galaxy, this means you can buy it at any storage size, and spend significantly less money by purchasing/using an SD card with the space you truly desire.
I have not used either of these extensively, but I have used them enough to notice differences. I also know many people who went from Android to Apple and greatly regret it. As far as your budget, the Amazon Kindle Fire is also 7 inches, and works as a tablet. However, I know nearly nothing of this product, except for it being in your price/screen size range.
What is the Samsung Galaxy S wifi?
Q. What is the Samsung Galaxy S wifi? Is it just the phone without the phone part? And what is the difference between it and the Samsung Galaxy PLAYER 4/5? Is it available in Canada?
A. What is the Samsung Galaxy S WiFi? Think of it as an iPod Touch.
Is it just the phone without the phone part? You can sorta say that. But it does technically have a phone part. But instead of using a phone network, you use WiFi. You use Google Talk to do voice calls and video calls. Skype is also an option too.
And what is the difference between it and the Samsung Galaxy PLAYER 4/5? Actually, the Player 4 and 5 are the Galaxy S WiFi. There are 3 versions with Galaxy S WiFi 4 and Galaxy S WiFi 5 being 2 of them. Then you have the Galaxy S WiFi 3.6 which is the smallest but the newest of the 3.
Is it available in Canada? I don't live in Canada so I'm not sure. We don't have it here in Australia and that's all I know. And since you're asking, the chances of it not being available is kinda high but, I could be wrong.
Should I buy Samsung Galaxy Tab ?
Q. I am thinking to buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab but im pretty confused.. What I am "imagining" to do on this decide is checking emails (gmail) when im not in my office, reading lot of e-books (PDF), organize my work by a calendar & hopefully a good project management app..
