A. No, iPad does not currently have Game Center, but next month, Apple is bringing out its new IOS4.2 for iPad and it will bring Game Center to the iPad.

Q. I just bought an iPad 2 and so for now, I am broke so I can't afford to pay for apps right now. I have just my iPhone apps on there (low quality plants vs zombies anyone?!) are there any free iPad specific apps anyone would suggest? And maybe some really good but cheap ones for after I get paid?
