Q. I'm changing cell phone companies next and I narrowed it down to the 2 phones I want but I'm still a little undecided on which one I want. I was wondering can anyone who had experiences with one or both phones shed some light on how the phones. Like the pros and cons...
A. Samsung Galaxy SII is good but is outdated, it's like a year old. If you like Android, consider Droid Razr, Galaxy Nexus, Sony Xperia S, HTC One S.
and plus Samsung going to introduce Galaxy S3 in a few days.
iPhone 4S is also a good phone, it is easy to use, It has App Store, (which Google Play Market is no where near it), so there's plenty of App for you to download, it is only phone with iTunes, Apple is more strict than Google, so you don't have to worry about someone hacking to your phone compare to Android.
iPhone 4S has a beautiful Retina display, but the screen is too small. And trust me, if you get used to the big screen on Galaxy SII, you don't want to go back to the iPhone.
only somehow they can smash together, oh wait.... they did: Galaxy Nexus, Sony Xperia S (any other phone like LG and HTC Rezound I do not recommend)
So I think you should wait few days for Galaxy S3, or get the iPhone 4S (if you don't want to get the 4 phones above that I mentioned.)
Which ones better, Samsung Galaxy or iPhone 4s?
Q.
A. The Samsung Galaxy is better then the Iphone 4S in many ways, It is 4g the 4s is 3g, it allows additional memory, no Iphones allow additional memory. The cameras are much better then the 4s.
As the Galaxy is on the android operating system it also allows you to do way more things then the Iphone as apple places a lot of restrictions on what you can and can't do. For example if you get a phone call from someone you don't like you can just block it on the samsung. Apple will not allow you to block any numbers.
The android marketplace has pretty much all the apps the iphone has they may have different names but do the same thing like for example SIRI on the iphone has multiple apps on the android one called IRIS but there are others if you prefer. I have an ipad and a Samsung galaxy so I have used both itunes and the google play store for apps. Many times things itunes charge for are free in the android store.
Some programs that cross over like bump do more on the android then on the apple devices.
If you want more then what apple lets you have then go for the galaxy. Apple knows Samsung is good which is why the iphone is made with samsung parts.
The iphone is only popular because of PR and the fact that due to all the restrictions it has less chance of a virus but it has already had them apple just won't admit it. It has been in the news. An android operating system is an open market so you need to have an app like on a computer as a firewall but there are lots of free ones like Norton, McAfee in the google play store for you to get.
It comes down to what you want to do with your phone.
Samsung Galaxy SII and iPhone 4S: who is better?
Q. I want to buy but i don't know what smartphone is best.
10 points for best answer
Thanks
A. samsung galaxy SII. simple as that.
take the iphone4S of a Pedestal & place it among other smartphones for comparison as a mobile device piece of hardware & the iphone4S gets beaten up by all the new smartphones.
apple should be embarrassed selling a device with only 1 ghz, single core & only 512mg ram with tiny 3.5 inch screen for premium prices when it only just meets the standards of the budget phones.
there is a good reason why the samsung galaxy SII is the most popular worlds number 1 selling smartphone. if you can use your computer for more than facebook & solitaire then forget apple's limited functions & operating system. check out the specs at cnet & the reviews. but most of all go & hold them in your hand. trust me, once you get an eyeful of the dazzling 4.3 inch screen on the galaxy you can never go back to the little screen.
