Q. I will be using it around school for taking notes and it will most likely be in my backpack when not in use. Meaning it will possibly be in between text books and be thrown around a little although i rarely have a large amount of text books in my bag at any given time. Thanks for the help!

Buying iPad need help?
Q. I am going to buy an iPad and I go on amazon and It turns out it is much harder than what it used to be. This might be confusing but bare with me. Okay, what happened is I thought the iPad with retina display and the lightning connector was the iPad 4 but turns out it was the iPad 3 but when I go on amazon it says that the iPad with retina display and the lightning connector is the iPad 4 because I matched up the specs with the one on Apple and the seller says Apple so I thought that the on with Retina Display is the iPad 3 and the one with the Retina Display and lightning connector is the iPad 4 but when I am looking for an Otterbox case for it it says that it was the iPad 3 and that it works with the 1st gen and the 2nd gen but how is that possible if the first and second gen uses the 30 pin adapter. So can anyone give me a link to Amazon for the iPad with Retina Display and the lightning connector and the Otterbox defender case for it. Thanks
