A. I wanted to wait for Galaxy Tab 8.9, but just decided to get this since I preferred 7 inch screen for more portability reason. Samsung Galaxy Tab (7-inch, 16GB, Wi-Fi) device is just half the size of iPad. I use this device for watching movies I downloaded which are divx, xvid, mkv codec movies. So far, I haven't had any problem playing any types of movie files I have. It even plays .mkv file over 3GB. One thing to clarify on the other review is that connecting to PC USB port actually charges (but slowly) somehow status says it's not being charged. Same thing happen when I connect to an external battery, it slowly charges, but status says it's not being charged........
Ipad 2 or samsung galaxy tab? Why? -Help mee?
Q. I've seen several videos of both products and still have not decided completely. I already know almost all the technical specifications, but I wish someone had already used the two.
I'm in doubt between the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 (I do not want 10.1, found very large and narrow) and between the Ipad 2.

But the samsung galaxy tab supports flash player, and enter some sites Ipad2 does not. What really is this flash player? It makes a big difference?
A. Samsung galaxy Tab by far. although apple has a nice interface and look Sexy, Android Is a lot more versitile. If your looking for a tablet that's good for surfing the web, connecting with friends then apple is your choice but if you want something that is more flexible and custom to your needs or thats good for sharing such as playing videos on Tablet From your PC though VLC player then the Samsung is the better choice. (andriod market is cheaper)
Personaly, I would choose the Samsung due to the powerful processor and clean finish and Apple are over-rated and expensive.

Q. I'm looking for the best android tablet with 3G, and I'd love to keep movies on them. Most of my movies are .mkv and .flv, can they play them? Oh also, do you think Samsung Galaxy Tab is the best one out there? (please stop saying Transformer Prime, it doesn't has 3G)
Cesar: thanks, but for me.. definitely no iPad. Samsung Galaxy Tab has way better screen resolution, brightness, and 16:9 widescreen ratio. iPad is an obvious loser right here
