Q. I purchased a new otterbox defender 77-21514 for my preordered galaxy 3. I just noticed in the specs it states the case has a "clear protective membrane" in the case. Im not sure what this is and if I will like it. Would this clear protector be removable if I don't like it?
A. Sounds like your typical screen protector sticker that some cases come with. I personally hate these and never use them.
Do you think the Samsung Galaxy S3 worth buying?
Q. It sounds great from what I've read but some people told me it's overrated. Apparently there are many issues such as the screen cracking, lags, battery not lasting for a long time and being too big or thin. I'm considering buying it and wondering if it's worth or if there are better smartphones than this one :)

A. The only thing I personally don't like about it is that it kind of feels like a toy. The back is plastic and is easily removed. But then again, all the Galaxy series phones have this.
The screen cracks easily, but it does on most smart phones. put out an extra 50 to 100 bucks for a decent case (OtterBox or LifeProof) and you'll be fine.
The battery sucks on all Galaxy series phones. If you're like me, and you use your smart phone for texting, phone calls and OCCASIONAL browsing, you'll be fine. If you're using it as a computer, (constantly on Facebook, Twitter, etc.) you'll get about 8 to 10 hours on a full charge.
Really, if I were you, I'd save your money. The S3 and iPhone5 are different enough from it's predecessors to justify signing a new two year contract. But, if it you want to give it a shot, keep in mind you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel the contract or reverse the upgrade.

I need a really good protective case for my new phone. Something under $20.
I want something that is cute, yet very protective. Otterbox isn't cute at all, but I know it is ery protective. I already checked Amazon. I really want something protective because I just dropped my iPod touch and it cracked! And I didn't have it for a year, yet! So, now I am afraid that it will happen to my new phone.
