A. If you are an aspiring photographer, then your choice is clear, Samsung Galaxy Note 2. It won't be out till end of this year though. I am a professional photographer and this will be my next phone. I do weddings, corporate events and nature photography but I use DSLR such as the Canon 5D mark III for my professional work . The great thing about the Galaxy Note 2 is the stylus which is called the S-Pen. The S-Pen is very similar to a Wacom Stylus and it has 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity and this will allow you to do many creative edits within the phone itself.
Galaxy Note 2 will come in 3 flavor of memory 16, 32 and 64. So the price will vary depending on which one you get.
So until you are ready to jump to a DSLR, this should hold you off till then
