Q. So I've been looking to buy a tablet, and I've finally decided to go with an iPad, because I already have an iPhone and use a Mac computer, so it just syncs up very nicely with my other devices and iCloud. Now, what I can't decide is whether to buy an iPad 4th gen. or an iPad mini. I want the 32 GB version, which is for the mini $409.99 and $549.99 for the regular one, but I really don't mind spending the extra 140 bucks if it means I get exactly what I want. I know that the mini is much more portable, like I could throw it in my purse, and I've heard it's easier to handle, but I would mostly only be using it at home or in school, and maybe taking it on trips to use for browsing. I would be using it for some gaming, watching videos, reading, music, social networking and probably a bit of word processing. So far I've been leaning towards the regular one, but both the guy at the store and my sister were telling me how much more convenient the iPad mini would be, so now I'm conflicted. Any advice from someone who owns an iPad or mini, or knows a lot about them, or even someone who just wants to give their opinion would be much appreciated.
A. iPad Mini vs iPad 4, click here to find out comments from an actual user:

If you have that much budget, I do recommend getting the iPad 4 itself. Whereas if you want more storage space in lower budget then you should go for the iPad Mini.
iPad mini uses same hardware as iPad 2 just with few tweaks like the better camera, smaller screen with better PPI.
Hope this helped!
Which Ipad should I buy: IPAD Mini or Ipad 3? (or another?)?
Q. I've always wanted an Ipad! I don't want something to bulky or heavy, but something I can enjoy using everywhere! I am on a budget, so I'm looking for the best one at the best price. I'm stuck on which I should buy, and which is better and has a better price! I like all the Ipads, but I don't know which one is the best for me. Help?
A. iPad mini has the guts of an iPad 2
The iPad 3 over heats and isn't as good as the iPad 4
The best choices are an iPad mini (if u want portable, easy to recognize and the newest statement piece this is for u) if u want the pro iPad go straight for #4, if its ur first iPad and u just want an iPad to show off without the extra cash go for the iPad 2 it's bigger than the mini which is great for big jobs and u can't tell it from the iPad 3/4 from a distance it's also lighter than them
Is the iPad mini worth it (for school)?
Q. Recently, I have been using my macbook pro for reading ebooks for school and I love it because ebooks are inexpensive and textbooks weigh my backpack down (a LOT). But, my laptop is not the lightest thing in the world and I have been drawn to the iPad mini for it is very lightweight and portable.
I am leaning towards buying an iPad mini for the purpose of reading my ebooks for school (which would be pdf files) and maybe even using it to do some word processing on-the-go. Some questions that I have:
1. Will the standard 16 GB iPad mini be enough to store all of my ebook files? (each ebook being around 1600 pages.... *organic chemistry blues*)
2. I love to add notes and highlight things within the ebook, can I do this on an iPad mini?
2. Should I wait for a newer model of the iPad mini to come out?
3. If the iPad mini is not ideal for school purposes, are there any (inexpensive) tablets that you recommend?
Any other info is highly appreciated as I am seriously looking into this topic and would like to invest in a tablet soon!
A. The iPad mini is a perfect companion for school! With iBooks on the iPad mini, you can purchase and store eBooks and MANY textbooks from iTunes U. With iBooks you can add notes, bookmarks, and highlights that will sync across the cloud.
Since iBooks works flawlessly with iCloud, you'll have all your information everywhere. When iBooks is available for Macs this Fall, any books along with highlights or notes will sync directly to your MacBook Pro over the air!
The iPad mini also has over 900,000 applications on the app store! Many other popular eBook readers on the iPad mini are Kindle from Amazon and NOOK from Barnes & Nobles!
A newer version of the iPad mini isn't expected to be released until early next year, so now's a perfect time to purchase your iPad mini for school! 16GB is enough space for whatever you need!
