Q. Hi I've just got the Samsung Galaxy S4 from sprint.... Well I went to try and root it but I accidently clicked a verizon and all of the other root kit things and well now when i try to set up my device it doesnt recognize me touching the screen.... PLEASE HELP SOON before my mom finds out!!!!
A. Maybe you shouldn't have attempted to root your Samsung Galaxy S4 at all in the first place.
I can't update my galaxy s4?
Q. I recently updated my phone to 4.3 and I tried to see if kit Kat was available by pressing the update button in settings under about device and it said device has been modified update not available. I don't have my phone rooted and certainly didn't modify anything so why is doing that. I tried with Wi-Fi, and mobile networks to search for the update and nothing worked. Is there a bug maybe. The phone works great it's just that one thing please help.

Q. So I was outside with my friend and she was on my phone while we were playing basketball and she just dropped my phone. I need to know approximatley how much it would cost to get my screen replaced? Where can I take it to get fixed? How do I know how much it will cost? Please help I am trying to replace the screen as quickly as I can bc it looks ghetto as fack. Anything helps please
A. Professional services will run $100-200 (you can call samsung to fix it for you, or just look up locale cellphone repair shops). You can fix it yourself though. Go to ebay, search "s3 screen replacement", there are many many kits for $15-20. They include the screen, tools, and instructions. Basically everything you need to DIY. If you DIY make sure you buy the correct color and model (since US vs international might have small differences).
