A. You didn't mention what you want to unlock, SIM or phone lock. Either way, you gotta flash correct version of ROM to do so. In the case of SIM lock, find the ROM with appropriate baseband for your country. And in case of accidentally locked phone, switch off, hold volume up/down and power button together, keep holding, select factory reset. Voila

Either it is locked because of pass code & u forget that pass code or became hang?
If it is locked because of wrong pass code feed, then u have to unlock it from service station only.
If it is hanged then remove battery & reboot handset, it will start working.
