The women sent it twice to repair. And still don't work. I haven't dropped it lately. If I did. I have a hardddddddd case. I don't what's up. This phone is only about 3 months old too! A. No, it doesn't have a place for a charm built in, but you can get an inexpensive little "O" ring that you can attach to your phone or phone case that will give you a place to hang a charm.
