Q. I really want a case that will actually protect that amazing screen. Otter boxes and what not for the Iphone are great, they have the screen over the screen. Does anyone have this phone or know of a place that sells cases like these for non-iphones? I cannot break this phone. Easy 10 points!
A. I happen to own this phone and it is quite durable on its own (the guy who convinced me to get it demonstrated throwing his across the parking lot resulting in no damage).
They had protective covers for it at the Sprint store where I bought it (for $30+), so I assume they would have them wherever you bought yours.
Otter Box only sells a case for the Galaxy S II AT&T version. So I have no clue if it would work on the Epic if you happen to have AT&T.
Is there an FM radio in the Sprint Samsung Epic 4g Galaxy S phone (a.k.a. Samsung Galaxy S Pro)?
Q. I heard that there may be FM radio hardware in the Epic 4G (or Galaxy S Pro) and I was wondering if there is, and, if so, is there an application for it? Or will one be in the, still delayed, 2.2 Froyo update? I am in the US, by the way. Thanks in advance.
A. The Samsung Epic 4G Galaxy S cellular telephone does have stereo FM radio. It can be confirmed by this website which lists the full specifications of the phone.

FM radio is a great future to have in case you want to listen to something other then your MP3 collection or if you want to check the news, weather or just hear something live. This Android 2.1 phone is also capable of running applications like streaming internet radio if you have a data connection or access to WiFi so you can hear online radio stations as well.
Flycast is an example of an Android app that allows streaming radio stations over your data connection or over WiFi.
iPhone 4s or Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch?
Q. They are the same price for Sprint and I have my upgrade. I need to help deciding on which phone to get. Thank You.
A. Galaxy S2 phone is awesome. As far as appearance goes, it's *thin.* Like, 8.49 mm thin. Much thinner than the iPhone 3G that I owned previously. Although it's thin, the curved sides allow for easy gripping. The casing itself is plastic, so it feels cheaper than other all-aluminum phones, but its absolute thinness prevents if from feeling cheap. It's a classy phone.
