Q. I have a Samsung Impression phone, iPod Touch 2G, iPod Nano 5G, and a Windows Vista Laptop. I'm looking for something to replace my phone and iPod Touch. I considered the Dell Streak and iPad, but both aren't really what I need. The Dell Streak is not a tablet, would accommodate my needs, but it's big to carry around. The Android OS seems good, but is limited to apps and 20% of the apps share data. It has 2 cameras, which is a plus, but is not enough to convince me to get it. The iPad however, has a large screen and 200,000+ apps, vs. the Android Market: 40,000. It actually is the best way to consume content, but doesn't run Flash (only HTML5). It has zero cameras, and will have major upgrades in the future.
The MacBook could definitely replace my Vista laptop, but I'm not going to carry it around as a replacement to my iPod and phone. I know MacBooks are the best laptops, but I need something else for mobile content.
Is there any other options that can replace my existing laptop, phone, AND iPod? I seem to be under the Apple "envelope," so are there any other good products out there?
A. If you should ever even think of buying an apple computer(sorry for my agony), try buying a real computer and not a giant iTouch.=P Apples are really cool looking and good for video/audio editing.
Please don't get an iPad. Android based phones are really good. I've been happy with my Incredible so far.=) It replaced my iPod, my old iPhone, and my aging Falcon notebook.
Is it mail fraud if i get an empty envelope but gave him runescape money?
Q. Is it mail fraud if someone said they will send me an ipad, but instead send me an empty envelope, and i traded them runescape gold (an online game)? Can i file for Mail Fraud?
He is in germany and i am in the states..
He sent me a fake address but he faked the payment documents that i recieved per email.
A. This would be the equivelent of you going to the police & saying "This guy shorted me on my bag of weed". You have to admit your own involvment in illegal activities to even get him looked at. It's a contract violation of Jagex Terms of Service ( which you agreed to when you created your character ) to trade ingame items or GP for real world money & thus prosecutable in itself.
Ebay problem!! I think buyers trying to scam!?
Q. So last month i sold an ipad on ebay that i won at a raffle and i finally recieved my money after that 21 day hold from paypal(didnt purchase a tracking number). Now today the buyer left a negative feedback saying he didnt receive the item!! I know hes lying cause i shipped it right away (3 day guaranteed) when the auction ended and has never contacted me. So my question is, will he get his money back and i'll be in loss of that ipad?
A. First of all, an IPad is expensive to the point that I would pay a couple of dollars out of my own pocket to have tracking on it.
Secondly, if you wrote IPad on the envelope, it would have for sure been stolen. The USPS steals things constantly.
Third, he is an obvious newbie not to communicate before leaving feedback.
