A. Dont be one of those idiots that assumes the the 4.2 is better becuase its newer. In reality the only difference is the 4.2 has a .2 inch bigger screen, lower ppi, lower res cam (3.2 mp on the 4.0, 2 mp on the 4.2) (hq vid recoring on the 4.0, vga on the 4.2), the 4.2 has one less speakers (3 on the 4.0, 2 on the 4.2), bigger battery on the 4.2 (1500 mah vs 1200). Ur going to get better battery life on the 4.2 but much better camera on the 4.0( the 2mp on the 4.2 is a feature phone camera, wile the 3.2 mp on the 4.0 is a tablet/smartphone cam). The 4.0 also going to give you better speaker quality, but the 4.2 has a gyroscope wile the 4.0 does not (being an avid gamer with my iphone 4 and ipad 2(witch also have gyroscopes) i never use this feature, wile its a cool add on its somthing in gaming you will almost never use and you sgould not let it influence your decision). Both are great devices. But i prefer the 4.0 cus i cant stand a bad cam and cus i prefer a 4inch screen.

A. I think you should buy Samsung Galaxy S4 as its has 5 inch Super AMOLED Touch screen,Gorilla Glass 3 and after all a wonderful camera of 13 Mega Pixels while HTC One has of 4 Mega Pixels. SAMSUNG Galaxy S4 comes with Android 4.2.2 Jellybean whereas HTC One comes with Jellybean 4.1.2.So, you have to upgrade it.HTC ONE has 4.7 Inch screen while S4 has 5 Inch. The only factor that HTC one beats S4 is its 1.7 Ghz Quad Core but S4 has 1.6 Ghz Quad Core.So, 0.1 Ghz will not make a huge difference in performance.
In my opinion, you should buy Samsung Galaxy S4.

Download the XXUAMC6 I9500 Rooted zip. Save the file on your PC and, when download is complete, extract its contents. You will get a file that has the â.tarâ or â.tar.md5â² extension.
Download Odin 1.85 . Extract its contents on your PC. NOTE: If Odin 1.85 fails to install the root, then you might want to try Odin 3.04 or Odin 3.07
Power off your Galaxy S4 device.
Boot it into Download Mode by pressing and holding simultaneously Volume Down and Power buttons. When the screen powers ON you will need to press âPowerâ once again for the Android Download Mode to appear. Get to the next step.
Launch Odin exe on your PC.
Now, connect your Galaxy S4 to your PC via USB data cable. Odin should say âadded!!â when the phoneâs drivers have been successfully installed.
Next, click the âPDAâ button in ODIN. Browse your PC contents for the I9500XXUAMC6_I9500OXAAMC6_ROOT_ODEX.tar.md5 file. Load it into ODIN. Donât change any default settings of ODIN, just make sure that the âRe-partitionâ option is disabled.
