Q. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and until 2 weeks ago the Yahoo email application was working fine. Now the forward arrow is gone. I noticed this happened when Yahoo updated some features. I called Samsung Support and they found out that there is something wrong with the Application as when testing the email in my device from the Yahoo website it worked well. How can I get the forward arrow back in the Yahoo email Application? When testing my device we did a soft reset, cleared the cache and the data, removed the battery, turned the device on, but the forward arrow is still gone.

First, I would click on the F5 key, which will refresh the page...you might have to do it more than once.

Next, if the above does not work, I would clear my cookies/cache and then restart the computer

If this is a sending/replying/forwarding problem you can try switching to the plain text mode....to accomplish this click on the DOUBLE ARROWS to the far right of the icons just above your text area.

These glitches are usually temporary......Switching to another browser may help....go back to the other one occasionally and see if it has corrected itself.
