Q. My voicemail symbol will not go away it has been there for like a week! Its irritating me cause I deleted all my messages and a saved message and it is still there. Help!!!!
A. I have the Vibrant as well and when I delete my voice-mails the sign goes away and I think the phone is stuck on the network. Do this: Turn off the phone, Take out the battery, then take out the sim card. Wait 20 sec seconds and put it all back in.
If that doesn't work call your phone with a land line, let your phone ring and let it go to your voice-mail. When its your voice-mail comes up hit star key and type in your voice-mail password. See if their are any messages to see if their might be a voice-mail draft or other messages.
Also try to refresh it or record a message with someone else's phone and go in your voice-mail and delete it. The best advice I can give you is take it to a T-mobile store and maybe they can reset your voice-mail or you can do that yourself. I don't know how to do some of the stuff but look on Google or the user manual.
