A. You would be better off downloading audiobooks to your phone. It would be much more portable and easier to use. You can download the Kindle app to your phone if you want to download books in Kindle format.

A. No. iTunes audio book format isn't MP3, which is the only audio format a Kindle can play and the capacity of the Kindle isn't sufficient to hold an entire audio book. This of course assumes you do mean audio book and not e-book. iTunes doesn't sell e-books.
FYI: you can borrow audio books on CD from your local public library for free and from some library consortiums, you can even borrow e-books.
