A. I dont think you can actually get stickers as such, but you can certainly get covers. This link has a few ironman ones for example.

A. No, I just compared my iPad to my MacBook Air 11", and the iPad logo is smaller than the MacBook Air logo, I'd say it's about 2/3 the size.

A. Engraving is not "on", but is "in". You need to etch/machine the engraving off, fill it, or apply an obscuring decal or cover.
