Q. i reallllyyyy want this phone and am supposed to get it tomorrow. but my friends were telling me how the screen is made out of glass, and if i drop it, it will crack very easily.. is this true?? and feedback from some owners about the phone would be appriciatedd. :)
A. what galaxy?galaxy s,vibrant,s2,.they are all good phone.all samsung android phoner are good(not the 551 and the original galaxy) you make a good choice.buy it and you will see by yourself

for a general user,, what makes difference is..
1-touch-obviously samsung brings a better touch performance,while lg one lacks in that
2-battery,, i m seriously disappointed by 1200mah battery of galaxy 551,while lg provides 1500 mah battery,,strange
3-overall phone experience and value - samsung provides slide out qwerty whereas lg optimus is upgradable to 2.3 gingerbread with a 512 mb ram n better graphic card for games ,, though samsung galaxy has better looks
4-brand samsung has a better brand value ...
my recomendation- if battery doesnt matter to you,,go for samsung galaxy 551
n if feature n performance are ur main requirements lg optimus one is the phone for u...........
