A. Galaxy mini 2 is better as it much newer compared to iphone 3gs that was released in 2007. In this case I would recommend mini 2 unless you have limited budget go for 3GS

Q. I got my phone less than a year ago and I have been having problems with it and noone I know who has this phone has them. When I try to use texting it doesnt work well at all it takes about 1-5 minutes to open then when you click on the person who you are trying to text It agan takes a long time to open and same with the key board.
Ive brought it to the phone company and they have restored it to factory settings they have tried to swap iyt the sim card they reset it the only thing that remotely worked was the app killer that was installed but it still takes way to long is there anything i can do to fix it
A. There could be multiple reasons -
1. Faulty Device (Maybe)
2. Some Bad Application that you installed
3. High RAM Usage or Low Available RAM due to Multiple running Apps
4. Faulty MicroSD card or a file on it (may be a virus or broken file)
Fixes -
1. In case of Faulty Device, get a replacement
2. Get the latest Samsung OTG updates or via KIES of the phone or firmware if any.
3. Hard Reset your S3 Mini to Factory Defaults.
4. Also Format your MicroSD card (Do not install anything on card or remove the card and then check if the issue remains)
5. Remove useless applications if any and free RAM when possible.

A. Hi Neil. IMO Galaxy Tab 3 is the better bang for buck as in such low price you get almost same and in some case even better specs compared to the iPad Mini.

If you have a high budget then iPad Mini can be worth paying the price for because of the app store it has and for the amount of new and interesting apps they have with them. Otherwise Galaxy Tablet 3 is your way to go with the expandable storage and better RAM.
