A. Yes, they would work on any capacitive touchscreen device.
Basically there are two touchscreen standards:
1. Resistive - for older touch screen devices (responds to pressure)
2. Capacitive - for all the new touchscreen devices like the new smartphones and tablets (like iPhones, iPads and Android phones)
The best stylus for iPad is probably Bamboo Stylus or if you like wide grip one then the Cosmonaut Stylus. Both work great on iPads.
