A. Samsung Galaxy S3 :P I have one...it is amazing, it runs so fast it's not even funny! There are all sorts of small neat things you can do like: palm the screen for screenshot, place phone upside down to block texts/calls, tilt phone to move icons, there's an action to go straight to camera from lock screen but I don't use it so i forgot it, multiple LED lights(for example when you get kiks it glows green instead of blue), not to mention S Beam which is frigging amazing(where you tap phones and it transfers files)...and the thing is, there are more actions that I just haven't got to yet.
Now i'm not a card stacker, my first smart phone was a droid so I'm biased towards them but I don't think this is much of a contest...the S3 is amazing, trust me :) i went into the store thinking of getting a new phone and the salesman was like S3 is the best phone out now...
Downsides: it's quite big(hard to keep in a pocket), sometimes i have trouble transfering files onto computer...and honestly those are my only complaints :P
Also, from my understanding the S3 is gaining popularity so if you're one of those get what everybody has people, they are good for you :) it really just depends on you, I've smartphoned mostly on droids and so the interface is easier for me.

A. It mainly depends on the needs of the user. Because some needs to have some kind of features and it may change for someone else. Personally i would like to suggest Galaxy, but you can look upon the features here and compare the same:

Q. Just recently got my second Samsung Galaxy s3, because a friend of mine completely destroyed my first one. I have countless amounts of pictures,music, etc on my first phone. Is there an easy way to transfer my files to my new phone all at once? Would really appreciate it if you could help!

Or try taking out the SD card on the old Samsung Galaxy S3 and insert it into the new Samsung Galaxy S3
