Q. ive been using the s2 for a couple months now and its great i had no problem with the headset volume before but today i picked it up and the headset volume was extremely low it got slightly louder when turning it up but not that big of a difference and when i turn it all the way up theres a crackling noise in my earbuds. A. If you mean the one at the beginning that's just the outside of a iPhone or Samsung Galaxy it's made up for the music video...but if Justin wanted he could pay a company to make it so it could be the rumored IPhone 5...lol

Q. So my phone is plugged into the computer and I opened windows media player. I try to drag the songs to sync but it won't sync and I have no idea why. Just so you know, it's the Justin Timberlake album. HELP PLEASE!
