Blackberry Bold 9700 vs. Samsung Galaxy S II?
Q. I really want a cellphone for back to school. I really a have hard time deciding what phone so what should I get so which cellphone should I get? The Blackberry Bold 9700 or the Samsung Galaxy S II? I'm a teenager and I need a cool phone with cool apps, a camera with a good resolution, high video recording quality, high speed internet, easy for texting, doesn't break easily, etc. So between the two which should I get?
A. Well, pick a phone that has features that you WILL for sure use. Otherwise, you're just paying too much for features that just sit there and don't do anything.
The BlackBerry Bold 9700 runs on BlackBerry OS 5 (or even OS 6 if you can upgrade it yourself) and it is great for texting, emails, instant messaging, surfing the net, social networking and things like that. It does have apps but not those that would be much use or entertainment for a teen. They are more oriented for business men and people who would use up all of those features. It is very sturdy and sleek.
The Samsung Galaxy S II however is more of an entertainment phone. It runs on Android which means it will have more apps that are for entertainment (ex. games). It has a touch screen that make it more fun to play games and interact. It, too, has most of the features that a BlackBerry would have. It does tend to be more fragile (one drop could potentially crack the housing of the phone or the large screen). Of course it has web browsing, texting and all of that good stuff, but it will not be as smooth as a BlackBerry which is designed specifically for those things.
Cameras on both these phones are pretty good (not hi-def or anything).
If you don't mind having to type on a virtual keyboard, then I would strongly suggest getting the Samsung Galaxy S II when factoring in the things you want from a phone. If you want to get a phone with an actual keyboard that looks more "professional", then get the BlackBerry Bold 9700.
Hope everything works well for you!
How long is the Samsung galaxy S2 & S3 ? I want to compare the difference .?
Q. I really want to get a Samsung galaxy S3 , but I think its REALLY big ! Do you guys think I should get it ? Because its a great phone its just so big . It seems like it wont even fit in my pocket ! What you do guys recommend ? Do any of you guys have a Samsung galaxy S3 ? Thanks(:
A. I just got one yesterday, in blue. It's a verrryyy good phone. I went from the Blackberry Bold 9700. Galaxy S3 is better in so many ways. Get it!
Ill take a picture comparing my Galaxy S3 with other objects, just for you.

You should get it. I don't really have big hands, and it fits well. It's down to personal preference really as I like large screens. But it's the best smart phone on the market right now.
Hope I helped.
