Q. A screen popped up on my kindle touch and it said 'Your kindle software is updating. This can take a few minutes. DO NOT turn your kindle off during the update process. Your kindle will automatically restart as soon as the update is complete.' So I waited for 4 hours, and I checked, and it was the same screen. I cant turn it off, or go to a different page, but i can charge it. WHAT DO I DO?
A. Press and hold the off button for about 20 seconds.

Q. All the new kindle fires are getting an updated system, but will the original fire get an updated UI? From the looks of it on their website, it looks a lot nicer than the one they currently have. Will they updated or is the processor not big enough?
A. Up to now, it's no. There isn't any update for Kindle Fire UI yet. There's a discussion on Amazon about this here:

How do I change the ads on my kindle to be for my location rather than where i used to live?
Q. I moved and all my ads on my kindle are for sponsors in my old location. How do I tell my Kindle I moved so the ads are more relevant to my new location?
A. You need to change the address in your Amazon account and the ads will be updated in your Kindle accordingly.
