A. I think that your phones signal is not good because you are using Sprint. Many people have problems with their phones signal that use Sprint. You need to switch providers, I suggest Verizon.

Follow these steps to get connected to Wi-Fi:
From the homescreen open the App Drawer.

Select your desired network from the list.

Q. So I bought the Samsung galaxy S4 and it's a really good phone. But the thing that's really bothering me is how RAM memory is being used up for apps I'm not using. What happens when I run out of ram memory?
A. Well you're never going to really "run out".
It'll just slow down processes.
You can clear the RAM at any time though.
