Q. I have a 3rd Generation Kindle and my mom has a Samsung Galaxy Tab with a Kindle app. Is there any way I can transfer some books to her?
A. I'm assuming you two have different Amazon accounts, right?
If you two can access the same computer, via USB cable, you could connect the Kindle the computer, transfer books to the computer, then connect the tablet and transfer the books there. I think that would work.
Amazon also recently enabled a Lending option, where you can lend a book for 14 days. Not every book has this enabled, but if so, you just lend it to her. Here's the link how.
Can I Transfer a Book From a Samsung Galaxy S3 to a Kindle Fire HD?
Q. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and a Kindle Fire HD. I bought The Hunger Games on my Android/Samsung Galaxy S3... can I transfer The Hunger games from my Samsung to my Kindle Fire HD? Is that possible at all?
I actually didn't buy the book, there are apps that are connected to the main app called Pocket Change. Every time I enter an app that is part of Pocket Change, I get 10 coins. The book was 500 coins. Is there a way to transfer it from Pocket Change, or can I upload it to my computer and drag it to my Kindle?
A. how did you buy it on your Galaxy S III?
if you bought it in the Kindle Store app, just load that profie into your Kindle Fire HD
if you bought it in the Play Store, you would need to Root your Kindle Fire HD to have access to it, or just log into the web version of Google Play, then you can access any books you purchased.
How do i make my samsung galaxy tab read to me?
Q. i wanted to know how i could make my samsung galaxy tab read to me. I downloaded the kindle app so i would have al the books off my kindle but i wanted to know how i could make it read to me like the old kindle does. Thanks.
Another thing is, i was assigned to read a book for school and i hate reading so i would prefer a short book if possible, it has to be a book on war. If you guys have any good suggestions please let me know.
A. Sorry, but the Kindle Text to Speech functionality works only on Kindles. It doesn't work on the Kindle app on other hardware platforms. You could look into buying audiobooks through Audible, which is owned by Amazon. A lot of times they sell the audio version at a discount if you own the Kindle version.
As for a short war book, try Johnny Got His Gun by Dalton Trumbo. I believe it's only around 200 pages or so.
