Q. For Samsung Galaxy Tab. Thanks in Advance
A. Dimensions given in inches are often incorrect, or 'nominal' as manufacturers call them. If the diagonal is indeed 8.9*2.54 cm and the width to height ratio is 16:9 then the width:height:diagonal relation is 16:9:sqrt(16^2+9^2) = 16:9:18.4 and therefore the width is 8.9" * 16/18.4 = 7.76" and the height is 8.9" * 9/18.4 = 4.36"
Note that Apple photoshopped the images of the galaxy to make it look more like ipad. On these images the galaxy tab has the 'old' 4:3 ratio.
Oops, apparently the galaxy is 16:10, you do the math for that case.
Will any Samsung Galaxy S2 case I buy fit a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S2?
Q. i'm looking on Amazon and stuff for phone cases, if i buy just any Samsung Galaxy S2 phone case will it definitely fit a Sprint Samsung Galaxy s2?
A. The original Samsung Galaxy S II has dimensions of 125.3 x 66.1 x 8.5 mm. T-Mobiles' version has 129.8 x 68.8 x 9.4 mm, and AT&T's have 126 x 66 x 8.9 mm. Sprint's Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch has dimensions of 130 x 70 x 10 mm. That means that all Galaxy S II variants have different dimensions, thus even if your case fits on the other variants, it will not be perfect.
*edit
was for spelling errors.
