A. Search through Google: download Samsung kies, install it on ur PC, or download Samsung USB driver and install it in ur PC. If u want to a full package(not only USB driver but also other features such as back up, update, etc) u can choose samsung kies but since it is a package of features, its size therefore is not small(about 60Mb). if what u need is only a USB driver then it's better to choose Samsung USB driver(only about 23Mb). Once u've done this connect ur phone using USB cable to ur PC, the PC will detect ur phone then. DONE!

A. You can but it won't work on the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus S7500
USB OTG is a feature of the phone, so just like a lap-top the phone is providing POWER to the USB port
