A. By far otterbox is the best case to get for physical damage. Plastic cases protect from drops but break after awhile. Silicone help more for scratches not so much drops. Otterbox has both. You will spend about $50 on a case but well worth it. My last phone I broke it twice and broke 4 cases. My new droid x2 with otterbox...... Best investment possible. Check out their site.

A. I like a hybrid type. Gel with outer hard case. Not sure what's available for your phone.
