A. I have discovered many fun games on the iPad. You didn't give me much to go on besides you hate Candy Crush, so I'll just list some of my favorites.
Action Games:
Mr. Oops - A game that involves dodging various dangers, a survival "how long can you last" game. There may be a free version, otherwise costs money. You can rock out to the installed music or turn it off and jam to your own. Easy to learn, difficult to master. Fast paced, very addicting.
Wind-up Knight - A game that challenges your mind to overcome obstacles and even enemies in the game. Master all of the challenges by collecting all the coins and the card in each level. The game is free, and if you're skilled enough, you can unlock each chapter for free by using your gathered points, otherwise you'd have to pay to unlock even harder challenges. Fast paced, very addicting, will keep you busy for hours.
Rope'n'Fly - Want to feel like Spider-Man? Now you can.
Solomon's Keep - Intended to be on the iPod, this game is a dungeon crawler in which you play a wizard. You level up to make your character stronger and blast your way through minions of undead and elemental types..
Solomon's Boneyard - Slightly similar to Solomon's Keep, instead takes the turn of a survival game. You find yourself in a graveyard and surviving against an onslaught of Solomon the Necromancer's minions.
Arcade Games:
Dumb Ways To Die - Strangely addicting. You have a timer that goes faster as you progress through the game. You have to solve various puzzles that are randomly selected. It could be anything from not pushing the red button to saving kids from getting hit by a train and anything in between.
Hill Climb - This game consists of you getting your vehicle as far as you can on many levels. You unlock coins by getting big air or collecting them places on the ground. It's a lot of fun and the game gets more challenging the further you go on the maps.
Running/Dodging Games:
Impossible Game - This one costs money, but it's a great game to pull out if you or your friends are bored and want something to do. Getting farther into the levels are rewarding because you get to jam to the awesome music while attempting to do--the impossible!
Ninjump DX - This game should be free. You're a ninja who dodges enemies and obstacles as you're running up these infinitely high towers. You can defeat certain enemies on the map. If you get three enemies in a row defeated without being hit, you get a boost that sends you flying up the tower. Get as far as you can before dying!
Into the Dead - Your helicopter crashed and you have to run as far as you can before inevitably becoming overrun by the zombie horde. You'll be running through the valley, the forests and the farms trying to escape for your life. Dodge, shoot, and survive to get the highest score you can. Difficulty increases the further you go.
Zombie Highway - You have a vehicle, you're on a highway that's infested with zombies. You have to shoot them off before they tip over your vehicle while dodging cars. If you crash or are tipped over, the zombies get you. Unlock all of the cars and weapons, get all the platinum trophies, and go for the high score! The levels can be anywhere from casual to extreme difficulty.
Shooting Games:
Stick Gun Fu - A free game where you are a stick person. 6 positions for enemies to spawn and you have only a few seconds to shoot them. Just click on them and they're dead. Very fun, very addicting, and it will help improve your reaction time! Definitely try it out. Many modes to choose from.
Gun Fu - The paid version of Stick Gun Fu. Real avatar, real enemies. No more sticks, and several challenging modes that aren't available in Stick Gun Fu.
Adventure Games:
Ninja Saga - A ninja-themed RPG game similar to Final Fantasy. Complete the missions, gain money, buy things, continue on, and defeat the bad guys! Very fun and you can customize your character and team.
Strategy Games:
Plants Vs. Zombies 1-2: Both good games. Plants Vs. Zombies 1 costs money and I *THINK* Plants Vs. Zombies 2 is free last I checked. The games are fun and will keep you busy for hours. They make you think and it's fun keeping the zombies from eating your brains. Several modes to choose from and lots of challenges to overcome.

A. No, iPad does not currently have Game Center, but next month, Apple is bringing out its new IOS4.2 for iPad and it will bring Game Center to the iPad.
