Depends on which carrier you are on, and who you are buying it from, The unlocked version costs around 500-550 dollars, if you are on sprint it will cost 200 dollars with a 2 year contract and on at&t it will cost 100 for the galaxy s2 and 200 for the galaxy s2 skyrocket, also if you buy the carrier versions from AmazonWireless you can get them a lot cheaper.
Which one, iPhone 5 or Samsung Galaxy S3?
Q. iPhone 5 from AT&T; get it in November 2012; family plan with 550 minutes of call, no text, and 2 GB of data.
Samsung Galaxy S3 from T-Mobile; get it in February 2013; individual plan with 500 minutes of call, unlimited text, and limitless 4G data with unlimited high-speed data.
Which one do you prefer? Why?
A. If you could wait until February 2013, I recommend you to buy Samsung Galaxy S III. Though if looking features wise, Samsung Galaxy S III is clever than iPhone 5. There are several features that position Samsung Galaxy S III ahead than iPhone 5. And whatever facilities you listed here that T-Mobile offers are really more than AT & T and I think you need them all. Nevertheless it all depends on you and preference is up to you.

A. It depends on the person. To me, samsung galaxy note 3 is better. It has more features.

You can get the factory unlocked one for $600. Used ones are around $550 so if you want to save some money, go with used ones.
