Q. I've narrowed it down to the
Samsung Galaxy Victory
Samsung Galaxy S2
iPhone 4
Price is no issue, I just want the best phone. I'll be getting the $35 monthly plan. Please tell me which one you think is best & why. Thank you :)
A. Galaxy Victory - 4G LTE
Galaxy S2 - 4G WIMAX
iPhone 4 - 3G.
First of all, by 2015, 4G WIMAX will be obsolete, so the Samsung Galaxy S2 will be running on 3G rather than WIMAX, since Sprint/VMUSA are ditching WIMAX.
So now...
Galaxy Victory - 4G LTE
Galaxy S2 - 3G
iPhone 4 - 3G.
Second of all, Virgin Mobile USA's network SUCKS! I have Virgin Mobile USA. If 4G LTE is in your area as of now, GET the Galaxy Victory. Just be aware the Victory does not have a lot of internal memory so get an additional SD card.
If you don't have 4G LTE, you probably won't get 4G LTE anytime soon since Virgin Mobile USA takes pride in being behind in the game.
With all of that being said, if you don't have 4G LTE, definitely the iPhone 4. It is a nice phone and very user friendly. Also get the iPhone 4 because the plan is only $30 dollars a month, yes, $30, rather than $35 with Androids.
Hope I helped!

A. I'm on the same track as you. I'm gonna go with the Victory because its cheaper and apparently functions almost exactly the same as the SII, only with a longer battery life.
how do I root my samsung galaxy victory without a computer?
Q. I trying to root my Samsung galaxy victory 4g lte but I dont have a computer anymore so is there an way to root without a computer
A. Generally, I would recommend against this, but you can also try using mobile ODIN to help you with rooting your phone. But generally as a general rule of thumb, you should also root using a computer (just download the required files on your phone) then use any other place that has a computer and then proceed with rooting your phone from there. Hope this helped.
