I can do better than a link like the guy above, that's just lazy, key specification changes between the two models include the improved screen, the s4's resolution has jumped to 1920 x 1080 to compete with offerings from Sony and HTC, the siii features a quad core 1.4GHz Exynos 4412 SoC package with a Mali400MP4 GPU, but the s4 comes with either of two things depending on origin, either an octo-core 1.6GHz Exynos 5 series chipset with a Mali T604 GPU, or a snapdragon based quad core 1.9GHz chipset with an Adreno 320 series GPU, two variants exist because of Samsung's manufacturing, distribution and reliability woes.
